FREE SUMMER EVENTS IN CENTRAL PARK


Central Park SummerStage, a program of City Parks Foundation, presents free  performances to serve the people of New York City in an outdoor setting accessible to people of all ages and tastes. 


In some cases tickets must be collected prior to the date of the benefit, and all shows listed here are free and open to the public.

Central Park SummerStage Family Day!

A day for the entire family showcasing NiDJ Lance Rock & Brobee (of Yo Gabba Gabba!) The Fresh Beat Band Billy B. Storytime with Iza Trapani "Sleeping Beauty" Puppet Showckelodeon stars, hip music, storytelling, marionette puppets, and dancing.

Central Park SummerStage – The Metropolitan Opera launches its Summer Recital with a special performance of opera arias and popular songs headlined by the Tony Award-winning baritone Paulo Szot and featuring Lisette Oropesa (soprano), Alek Shrader (tenor), and Vlad Iftinca (piano). Free with tickets.
